1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our car rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Rental Requirements
To rent a vehicle from NYN Rentals, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicle categories)
- Possess a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- Have a valid credit card in your name
- Pass our driver verification process
- Meet any additional requirements for specific vehicle categories
3. Reservations and Payments
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if payment cannot be processed or if rental requirements are not met.
Prices are subject to change and may vary based on demand, season, and availability. Additional fees may apply for extras, fuel, tolls, and other services.
4. Vehicle Use
The rented vehicle may only be driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used:
- For any illegal purpose
- To transport hazardous materials
- For commercial purposes (unless agreed)
- For racing, testing, or driver training
- Outside the permitted geographic area
- While under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- To tow or push another vehicle
5. Insurance and Liability
Basic liability insurance is included with all rentals. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, up to the deductible amount. Additional coverage options are available.
You agree to report any accident, theft, or damage immediately to both local authorities and NYN Rentals.
6. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount.
7. Return of Vehicle
Vehicles must be returned to the designated location at the agreed time with a full tank of fuel (unless prepaid fuel option was selected). Late returns may incur additional charges.
8. Damage and Repairs
You are responsible for the condition of the vehicle during your rental period. Any damage discovered upon return will be assessed and charged accordingly. Do not attempt repairs without authorization.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this data processing.
10. Limitation of Liability
NYN Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
